Closing date for Early Bird Registration: 31 March 2009

The registration fee includes the welcome reception, lunches and refreshments during the conference, the conference dinner and ceilidh on Saturday 18th and trip and drinks reception Friday 17th . It does not include accommodation or the trip to the Famous Grouse. These registration rates are only available until 31st March 2009. Please tick the appropriate boxes below.

If you register for the ISHPES Congress you are welcome to attend the BSSH meeting from 18-19 July at no extra cost. Please tick if you intend to stay on for the BSSH meeting (We require this to notify venue of numbers)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made before 31 March will be charged a £20 administration fee. Cancellations received between 1 April and 31 May will incur charges of 20%. Cancellations received after the closing date of 18 June – no refunds will be made but replacements can be made.

ISHPES 2009, the organisers of this conference will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their property during this event. Participants are advised to arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.
